We are not liable for any of the following:

- The email is not received or misdirect (received to a wrong recipient)
- The software downloading date has been bounced
- Delay because of any unforeseen condition
- You have fulfilled whole process now you don’t want to buy the product

- After installation of the product, you find difficulty to operate it
- The purchased program is not suitable for the platform you are using right now

- In case, our software successfully accomplish 40% recovery or migration the refund policy will not work
